Cancellation conditions : Fees applicable in the event of cancellation
- Stay of 3 nights or less: 100% of the cost of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the arrival date.
- Stay of more than 3 nights: 100% of the total cost of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the date of arrival.
- No-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased at the time of booking.
Reservation modification: modifications must be requested 72 hours before the arrival date. Please call the hotel to arrange any changes based on the following criteria. Availability depending on the criteria of your reservation, additional fees and charges may apply based on the new period requested
The request for any modifications may not exceed 45 days from the original date of arrival. If you cancel your stay, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. All non-cancelled bookings will be charged in full according to the cancellation policy.
